Hi, I’m Megan (she/her). I strive to bring my authentic self into the therapeutic relationship—grounded, compassionate, and curious. As a queer and neurodivergent person, I take a neurodivergent-affirming, inclusive, and collaborative approach to therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to show up fully, with all the complexity that makes you you.

I believe deeply in the innate capacity we each have for healing and growth. My approach is holistic, integrating mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based practices tailored to your needs. I am trained in Brainspotting and draw from a range of modalities to support you in releasing what no longer serves you and moving toward a more connected, fulfilling life.

I’m passionate about Health at Every Size (HAES) and fat liberation, and I hold a firm commitment to creating a therapeutic space free from shame, judgment, or pathologizing narratives. I also support clients in navigating sensory sensitivities, and I intentionally maintain a sensory-friendly, cozy, and calming office environment.

My areas of focus include:

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion

  • Boundary-setting and communication

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm

  • Supporting neurodivergent identity and sensory needs

  • Gender, sexuality, and self-expression

  • Healing from internalized oppression and systemic harm

I am a mother, a feminist, and a proud member of LGBTQIA+ and fat liberation communities. I look forward to meeting you where you are, and walking alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of possibility.

I specialize in treating teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. I believe that the therapeutic process is a team approach that should involve parents and immediate family members when appropriate so that progress can continue outside of each session. I also have experience working with young adults and coping with everyday stressors as well as unresolved trauma.

Megan has joined The Process, LLC as a student intern under the supervision of Heather Ryan, MA, LPC, ALPS, PMH-C. Megan is a mother of three, holds a bachelor’s degree from West Liberty University, and is currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Waynesburg University.

Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, Megan offers a warm, safe, non-judgmental space where clients will feel truly heard and respected. She is deeply committed to equality and inclusivity and welcomes clients of all genders, backgrounds, and life stages. Megan works with individuals 15 and older facing anxiety, depression, grief, parenting/relationship struggles, major life transitions, and other mental health issues. Her goal is to help her clients find connection with themselves and with others as they move toward healing and growth. She is expected to be available now through the summer of 2026 and would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Brianna believes in everyone that walks right through her door and meets people where they are at no matter who they are or what they have done in life. Using a little bit of humor, honesty and authenticity, Brianna is wholly herself and wants those who she works with to feel like they can be themselves as well while seeing her. Using an eclectic approach, Brianna draws from numerous therapies, but her favorites are IFS, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ACT, person-centered and dabbles in a little CBT.

Brianna has worked with numerous clients throughout the years but primarily works with adults struggling with a variety of issues (which are below). Brianna loves what she does and truly loves people and that can be seen with the relationships she has with her clients and the hope she instills in them. If you are looking for a therapist you feel like you’ve known for years, that understands you and may push you a little towards your goals (or a lot), Brianna may be the right fit for you (she certainly thinks so).

Haley is a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist who believes the heart of therapy is a safe, trusting relationship where clients feel truly seen and heard. She meets each person exactly where they are, bringing authenticity, compassion, and deep respect for their unique story.

With a foundation in the person-centered approach, Haley works collaboratively with clients, honoring their strengths and values while supporting their individual goals for healing and growth. She has experience working with survivors of sexual violence, as well as individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life adjustments.

Haley often draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore the different parts of themselves and understand how these parts influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She also incorporates Polyvagal Theory to help clients make sense of the connection between their nervous system and emotional well-being, and to build tools for regulation, balance, and resilience.

Above all, Haley’s goal is to help clients gain insight, tap into their strengths, and feel empowered as they navigate their unique path toward healing.

Haley is a PROVISIONALLY LICENSED COUNSELOR under the supervision of Yukiko Comstock, MA, LPC, ALPS
